Online poker network Revolution Gaming, seems to be going through a batch of bad luck as Red Star Poker announced they will be switching to a different network, the Microgaming Poker Network (MPN). Over the last 12 months, Revolution Gaming has been experiencing slow cashout speeds and a decrease in traffic.
The impact Red Star’s departure will leave behind at Revolution will become evident within a few days. However, it’s a big loss for the network and might encourage other skins to do the same even though Red Star did not inform their players the reason behind their decision.
Unlike other Revolution skins that have been criticised for slow payments, such as Lock Poker and Juicy Stakes, Red Star Poker operated their own standalone cashier. They were able to handle their payments independently without the network’s intervention.
