PokerStars New Jersey Championships of Online Poker (NJCOOP) is set to return to New Jersey in over a week this year, after a vibrant inaugural last year.
The series will be the richest and biggest in the online poker history of New Jersey. The championship is set to offer 46 unique tournaments, featuring a combined $1.2 million in guarantees.
The series will offer various games like Pot-limit Omaha (PLO), Five-card PLO, NL Omaha hi/lo, Triple Stud, and Mixed games. It will also feature variants of no-limit hold’em, including Zoom Poker, Progressive knockouts, Hypers, Turbos, etc. and much more.
The series is scheduled to start with a two-tournament slate on September 30. The Event #1 with a $100 buy-in Nightly Stars – NJCOOP Warm-Up, will come with a $20,000 guaranteed, followed by the Event #2 $200 buy-in with a $10,000 guaranteed, No Limit Hold’em (Turbo)- NJCOOP Warm-Up.
NJCOOP will finish off on October 17, with multiple games in between. The entry fees range from just $25 for some events to as high as $1,000. The Main Event comes with a $500 buy-in for a $200,000 guaranteed, no limit hold’em tournament.
