The PokerStars Championship gets off this week at the Monte-Carlo Casino, running from April 25th to May 7th
This festival was in the past called the European Poker Tour Grand Final but has now been rebranded by PokerStars as The PokerStars Championship. This was and will continue to be a major event in the European Poker Tour.
The players, who will be swamping out the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel and Resort, will have over 70 events to participate in. And of course, this includes the much anticipated Main Event which will have a €5,300 buy-in.
Players who get through the two opening days of 29th and 30th April, when they will be provided with 30 000 in chips, will then go into the Main Event which will take place between 1st and 5th May.
Other main events will be the PokerStars Open and the PokerStars Cup
