MicroMillions 10 Starts March 19th on Pokerstars

Pokerstars announced this year's MicroMillions 10 championship today, which will be hosted from March 19th and includes more than 100 events and a total of $5,000,000 in guaranteed prizes. MicroMillions has always been one of the most popular tournament series in the world due to the low buy-in and high prizes, having more than one million tournament entries each year.

The buy-ins for MicroMillions 10 will range from $0.11 to $22 depending on the tournament, with the highest buy-in being for the main event which guarantees a massive $1,000,000 prize pool. Satellites for the events are already running, which you can find in the Pokerstars Online Events lobby.

MicroMillions 10 will feature a wide and diverse range of tournament formats, including Bubble Dash, Zoom Turbo, Hyper-Active, Progressive Super-Knockout, Big Antes and Ante Up. The different formats will ensure that you can always find a tournament that suits your taste and provide you with some fun. You can see the full schedule here

Pokerstars is also giving away prizes to the best MicroMillions players, through their leaderboard. The best player will receive 26 tickets to the Sunday Million tournament, which equals six months of play. Second to Ninth place will receive five Sunday Million Tickets, while 10-100th place will each receive one ticket to the Sunday Million each.

Since the start of MicroMillions a total of 12 million players has bought into one of the tournaments, taking their share of the $75 million that has been paid out in prizes. The biggest prize so far was awarded to "stygher" from Hungary, who took home $160,000 in MicroMillions 5 Main Event.
