It has been announced that the Lucky Baldwin Poker Tournament will take place on Saturday, June 10, at the Los Angeles County Arboretum. Mario Lopez of Extra TV will be the host of the event.
The aim of the fundraiser is to help preserve Arboretum’s Historical Structures built by Elias J. “Lucky” Baldwin and dating back to the 1880s.
The event, which will offer a selection of Texas Hold’Em, Pai Gow and Three-Card Poker, will spread on the lawn around Lucky’s Queen Anne Cottage and Coach Barn. In addition, there will be “Fun Blackjack” tables along with a lavish food-and-drink buffet and a silent auction.
A special guest at the tournament will be Margaux Viera, a third great granddaughter of Lucky Baldwin.
Doors of the Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden will open at 5:00 PM for cocktails and dinner. The tournament will then start at 6:00 PM and continue until 10:00 PM.
Tickets start at $150.
