Luc Bellerive Enters The 2017 World Cup of Cards Card Player Poker Tour As A Chip Leader

Luc Bellerive as a chip leader with 1,698,000 has entered the final tables at the 2017 World Cup of Cards Card Player Poker Tour CAD 1,650 buy-in. With a total 191- entrants, only eight players are remaining in the event with CAD 400,000 guaranteed no-limit hold’em. It is currently undergoing at the Playground Poker Club in Montreal.

The winner will walk away as a CPPT champion, along with the trophy and the top place prize of CAD 98,000, on Monday, August 28.

Following Bellerive are Tam Ho and Stuart Taylor with 1,327,000 and 800,000 chips respectively. The most accomplished player currently to be seated on the table is Samuel Chartier, with more than $2.7 million in his previous live tournament earnings. He will enter the final table at fifth position in chips with 350,000.

In all 43 players returned on day two on Sunday, August 27 to try their luck, with top 24 finishers making money in the event at a minimum cash out at CAD 3,600.

Dasy 2 saw Michael Malm entered as the chip leader only to finish in at the ninth place towards the end of the day.
