Jonathan Bredin wins ANZPT

The 2013 Australia New Zealand Poker Tour (ANZPT) was won by Jonathan Bredin after defeating 126 players. Bredin, who suffers from cerebral palsy and who needs the assistance of special devices for communication, won the first prize and took home NZ$93,600. Seems that apart from the physical disabilities, Bredin has all what it takes to be a winner.

The player, who had only played at small-venue games back in his home town of Melbourne, said he will buy a car specially designed for his needs and hopes to keep playing at poker events as much as possible.

Strangely enough, the last two cards Bredin held in his hand before he won, were the same cards he has tattoed in his arm.
