Grizzly Games 2018 boast $1.5m in guarantees

Global Poker’s 2018 Grizzly Games beginning on January 14th boasts $1,500,000 in real cash prizes. This is Global Poker’s biggest series to date.

In October 2017, the Global Poker Championships paid out $1.5m sweeps cash to over 25,000 entrants. Taking it further, the Grizzly Games that has 200 Championship events between January 14 and February 11, puts on offer SC$1,500,000 in guaranteed prize pools.

The tournaments are broken down into dozens of events, with a low, medium, or high buy-in. Additionally, there are Gold Coin tournaments for the enthusiasts. At both Global Poker’s Hold’em and Omaha tables, there are many events to be played across multiple variants and formats.

The prize pool at the Grizzly Games ranges from SC$1500 to SC$50,000. It is almost double the size of the Eagle Cup’s Main Event.

The event also provides a chance for players to unlock their eligibility throughout the Grizzly Games by merely playing hands of poker.
