FTP remissions process to begin on Monday

The much anticipated date for initiating the Full Tilt Poker remissions process has almost arrived. On Monday September 16th, only two days from today, the process for US based former FTP customers to file for claims will officialy start. All US players with frozen accounts will be able to request the return of funds from The Garden City Group.

Instructions on how to proceed with the petition will be made available to the public by the GCC on the website www.fulltiltpokerclaims.com with other important information and details. The process will remain open until November 16th, 2013 which leaves players with a very narrow window of opprotunity so GSC is encouraging all affected customers to act promptly.

Many former customers have been asking what will happen to players who are not in agreement with the terms and conditions set forth by the GCG on balance verification and repayment. Another doubt which worries the same group is in regards to all non-monetary assets like VIP points and tournament entries. The GCG is yet to reveal a course of action for both questions.
