It was then when Chris Moneymaker entered an online satellite on PokerStars that led to him qualifying for the 2003 World Series of Poker Main Event and ultimately bagging the first prize for over $2.5million, besting 839 players and becoming an instant legend in the game.
The new ACR Team Pro made the announcement during the final table live stream of the $8 Million GTD Venom, currently known for being the largest online poker tournament for US-players.

Chris Moneymaker’s live poker earnings are estimated to be at $3.9million as per the Hendon Mob Poker database. In 2019, his invaluable contribution to poker was rewarded with a place in the Poker Hall of Fame.
