BitPay, the world’s leading Bitcoin payment system provider, announced that they have chosen November 28th as the official Black Friday date for Bitcoins. The date will be an annual event, where BitPay will try and get Bitcoin merchants to do great sales to boost Bitcoin revenues.

BitPay is expecting this years sales to be even bigger than last years, where they sold merchandise for an estimated $6 million through Bitcoins in one day. It would not be surprising if the sales could reach more than $8 million, as Bitcoin merchants has experienced significant growth in their sales this year.

Daily transactions for BitPay has surged past $1 million a day already and with growing numbers there’s no reason why it shouldn’t be possible to reach $8 million in one day.
