Woman charged for leaving 3 kids in car to visit casino

In New Jersey, a woman was arrested by Pennsylvania state police for allegedly leaving three children alone in a car for two hours while she gambled at a casino.

Identified as Milady Borda, a 38-year woman, the alleged was charged with two felony counts of child endangerment and a misdemeanor count for the offense.

The woman took the three children- aged 8, 3 and 11 months to her car shortly before 10 p.m., then spent the next two hours playing in the casino. The whole incident was recorded in a surveillance video of Wind Creek Casino.

The relationship of Broda with the children is still unknown. Official statement from the authorities confirmed that the car was not on and no harm appears to the children. A bail was filed on her behalf after which she was released on Monday. Borda will still have to appear in the court on August 30 for the hearing.
