View Valley casino and hotel has completed its expansion and it is all set to open its doors for the people this Wednesday. The project had started in March 2018 with a gigantic budget of $500 million. It has added 43,000 square feet of additional casino space, 200 new slot machines, six new bathrooms, an indoor water wall and a new entrance for guests. The casino which is located at the easy of Escondido and south of Temecula will be now holding a ribbon cutting ceremony for the inauguration followed by continued celebrations at 11 am.

After remaining under construction for more than a year and a half, it got wrapped up on July 3 and it will be open for all. “I know that $500 million is a very huge amount of money but as compared to the expansion amount of other casinos, we have invested considerably less amount of money for the expansion. Actually we did not need anything else other than what our guests asked for,” said Bruce Howard, general manager of Valley view.

Howard also affirmed that the talks about expansion began two years ago when the casino started receiving feedbacks from patrons on the gaming floor. They also fetched survey data from customer surveys. “We decided against adding a second hotel tower because most of our traffic is within 40 miles of casino. However, they are still aiming to broaden the customer base and competitive range. The gaming tables have also been added. They have added eleven table games and 250 slot machines and have replaced the older ones. A towering water wall which once greeted guests outside as they pulled up to the valet has also been reconstructed and has transformed into a prominent feature on the gaming floor.
