The Tulalip tribe recently announced a new casino which would cost around $100 million, situation bang opposite to their current integrated casino resort in Washington.
The newly proposed casino has yet to be named and at present is titled QCC2 named after the Tribe’s current casino venue, ‘the Quil Ceda Creek Casino’. The project upon completion will flaunt a 1110,00-square foot casino with a huge gaming floor. The casino is expected to be completed by late 2018 or by early 2019.
The existing casino venue of the tribe will be raised to dust, once the development of the project is completed. The tribe has yet to declare as what they are going to do with the site after the demolition of their existing casino.
Marie Zackuse, the chairwoman of the tribe, made this announcement. She emphasised that the local interests would be the focus of their current operation, with the site’s new dining options and entertainment facilities.
