Revenue increase for Nevada Casinos

An increase in gaming revenues in Nevada Casinos for the month of March 2013 was calculated to be $914,784,656. This figure is 7,04% higher if compared to last year March’s numbers reported as $854,590,337 by state regulators. During the fiscal year (July 1, 2012 through March 31,2013) the revenues had already increased 2,79%.

Based on the tax revenues generated in March 2013, the State claimed $78,338,772 in percentage fees during the month of April. This is $6,877.715 (or 9,62%) more than April 2012.
