Russia is planning on building a massive casino complex in the Primorye region worth $700 million with the help of Melco, a Macau-based Chinese gambling operator. The region’s government officials have already signed an agreement during the Far East Investment Congress.
The casino complex will feature over 800 gaming machines, over 65 regular and VIP tables, 110 guest rooms and will start construction and administrative operations after investments have been collected in 2017.
