NextGen With Exclusive Rights for Judge Dredd Slots

Australian based NextGen has just announced that they won the exclusive rights to create several new online slot games, with the most important one of the bunch being their right to create Judge Dredd slots. The company, which is a subsidiary of NYX Gaming Group, are very happy with the rights and have started the strategic work.

Judge Dredd is a comic book character from the 2000 AD comics, who has been in the series since 1977. Because of his popularity, the creators branched him out and created graphic novels, video games and even movies with the popular character. Now he will also be available as a game, as NextGen Gaming will launch the slots within the near future, based on the world’s most popular judge.

“We’re proud to be working with one of the greatest comic characters of all time in bringing a multi-featured, richly branded gaming experience online (with Judge Dredd)”. Scott Smith, Senior Vice President of Product in NYX Gaming said.

This will help putting NextGen Gaming on the map and become more internationally known, especially in the online casino scene, where others dominate the market. There is no doubt that their rights for such a well known character will draw a lot of attention as well as casino players who wants to play a game they are familiar with.
