Intralot announced the retirement of their Chief Executive Officer today, as Constantinos Antonopoulos has retired effective November 17th, while he will still remain as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The decision of Mr. Antonopoulos was accepted while he remains a valuable personal advisor and Member of the Company Board. INTRALOT, thanks to its achievements to date, its international network, technological edge and solid establishment as one of the three sector leaders globally, possesses the strength and optimism to meet modern challenges and implement a new growth cycle”. Intralot Founder and Group Chairman, Socrates Kokkalis said.

Intralot has appointed Antonis Kerastaris as the new Chief Executive Officer for the group, having had a long successful career as CEO of Hellas Online.
