Gunpoint Robbery at Billings Casino

Share

According to the Billings Police Department, a casino was robbed at gunpoint on Tuesday evening. The PD press release further states that a man armed with a handgun walked in Lucky Lil’s Casino on 770 King Park at 7:10PM and “demanded cash”. Subsequently, the offender made off with a certain sum. Details on the exact amount of money are not disclosed and the press release confirms there have been no injuries during the incident. Investigation of the case is ongoing.

As a matter of fact, this is not the first time an armed incident has occurred at that casino. The same establishment was robbed last November under similar circumstances. The BPD press release at the time points at an armed attack by 3 men who did not limit themselves to stealing money from the business. In addition, they took wallets and cash from players. Apart from an intervention related to “a condition resulting from the robbery”, no medical help was sought.

A duo has been charged in that case.
