The set of regulations for governing online gambling in Delaware was released last week by state lottery officials. These regulations will be open for public comment and debate until the end of July and they set forth rules on how the state will license and regulate online gambling, the criteria for allowing players to register and how to process and secure financial tranactions.
The same way as is done currently in New Jersey and Nevada, online gambling will only be allowed for residents within state borders. However, officials have not discarded the possibility of an interstate agreement to increase and share player pool.
