Betfair has announced that it was granted a transactional waiver by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement which will allow the company to go live in New Jersey and offer online real money gambling via their website www.betfaircasino.com on November 26th.

Transactional waivers allow operators to launch, operate and administrate online gambling websites during the time necessary for the Division of Gaming Enforcement to review the proper license application.

New Jersey will launch a trial period for online gaming starting November 21st and for five days, during which New Jersey residents will have limited access to online real money casino and poker games.

Betfair Managing Director, Paul La Fontaine, said in a statement, “We’re pleased to be one of the pioneers bringing online casino games to the state of New Jersey”.
