The creators of the leading social bingo game Bingo Bash have reached an agreement with GSN Games for an acquisition. Bingo Bash is at the top of the social bingo world in terms of users with its 4.8 million monthly active players coming from Facebook, Android, iOS and Kindle.
Speaking before the acquisition which is due to be finalized later in the month (subject to approvals) Sumir Gupta, the CEO and founder of Bash Gaming said: “I’m extremely proud of what our team has achieved in creating the number-one bingo game in the world and with this strategic partner we will have the opportunity to bring the game to millions of more players.”
Jeff Karp from GSN was also pleased with the deal, adding: “The transaction not only strengthens our product portfolio but it also continues in the direction of diversification of our business, covering all the major platforms with a large number of titles both in skill tournaments and social casinos. With this deal we connect millions of social casino players to Bingo Bash and at the same time the current players will have the opportunity to experience our engaging slot titles like Deal or No Deal and Wheel of Fortune.”
