Amaya Gaming announced that the company has negotiated an agreement to acquire American-based gaming designer, Diamond Game Enterprises.
Such negotiation will depend on specific regulations and the shareholders authorizations. As a way to close the contract with Diamond Game Enterprises, Amaya will make a $25 million payment, plus a 2.5 million in credit to support equipment acquisistions.
Jim Breslo, Chief Executive Officer and President for Diamond Game Enterprises commented that this deal shows how much hard work has been put into the company for the past 19 years.
He added that the transaction is valuable for both companies, “Amaya possesses a solid foundation of expertise throughout its organization as well as key relationships throughout the industry” said the officer.
