The annual ICE Totally Gaming Conference saw progressive sports betting supplier SBTech grab the first prize in the Gaming Intelligence Awards section.
The distinction cameas a result of the operator’s successful performance in a range of international regulated markets such as Portugal, Romania, Spain and Italy where it managed to gain an edge over other prominent iGaming technology providers such as Amelco, OpenBet and Digital Sports Tech. SBTech ranked first in terms of turnover rise, competitive potential, biggest market share for clients, sportsbook feature innovations and equilibrium between fully managed and semi-managed sports betting solutions.
According to SBTech CEO Richard Carter, the award comes as a deserved recognition for the sustainable investment in the growth of the business and has reinforced the company’s status as an industry leader. Forecasts for the upcoming year promise even better results, with plans for entering additional regulated markets and developing the Omni-channelexperience further.
