Microgaming Announced as Headline Sponsor for The BiG Sports Dinner

The BiG Foundation is delighted to announce Microgaming as headline sponsor for the forthcoming BiG Sports Dinner on a re-arranged date on Wednesday 10th September 2014, at The Dorchester Hotel in London.

“We are delighted to have Microgaming show such an interest in this inaugural event. The founders believe there is a real need for an organisation such as ours within our industry and thus have spent a lot of time, effort as well as the wife’s new kitchen in getting the project thus far. It is critical now for the industry to embrace the event and show their support with their attendance.” Commented Richard Hogg, co-Director and Founder.

The Big Sports Dinner is the only charity sports dinner in the betting and gaming industry and is attended by different sports stars and features two key industry awards. The attendants will be able to meet famous sports starts and win either the "Best Sports Betting Campaign" or "Best Use of a Sporting Star in a Betting Campaign" award. Overall it will be a fantastic night where there will be entertainment and money raising for sports related charities, all hosted by Austin Healey.

Roger Raatgever, CEO of Microgaming, added: “The BiG Sports Dinner is a unique event within the gaming industry and we are privileged to be a part of it. As a company we are very passionate about sport and charity work, so the BiG Sports Dinner is a natural fit for us. We hope that the event will raise a substantial amount for GamCare and other worthy charities.”

Many of the biggest sports betting companies from around the globe is attending the dinner, including Microgaming, Paddy Power, Betting Promotion, TAIN, The Betting Service, AliQuantum Gaming as well as people from 188Bet, Unibet, Winner and Home Agency.
