Brian Jordan and Steve Glezman served the HPD for over 20 years, but were put non-active in May for further investigation considering their criminal activities. The two are under federal investigation, being accused of running an illegal sports betting website for the last five years.

According to a third party, Timothy Large, who has been bookie for 10 years, they made between $200.000 and $300.000 per year from the sports betting website. The three were working together since 2010 along with four other people, running a gambling business, which is illegal in the United States. However, websites based in the Carribean are harder to detect, thus easier to get around the laws for those with evil sense.

Jordan and Glezman have been using the money earned mostly for luxurious goods, such as cruises, country clubs and exclusive items like signed gloves by Muhammad Ali.
