Share

PokerStars, the online poker operator giant, will roll out their new player rewards programs called Stars Rewards. This move is aimed at creating opportunities of perks for players.

Spain, France, and Portugal experienced the initial rollout on 6th, and the new market is to be added on July 6 meaning players wouldn’t have to wait longer for the announced trial period.

A new vision

Amaya has been working hard to establish its mark and expand their offerings to include much more than just online poker. Amaya launched BetStars and Stars Casino that provides games by almost all big providers.

The group wants to connect all the products, and regardless of the gaming type, the player prefers, rewarding them for their loyalty under the Stars Reward concept.

Under the new program upon the opening of the chest with rewards, containing prizes up to $1,000 in cash, players’ wagers will earn them points.

Capturing the market

To capture the online gambling markets, PokerStars has made serious moves, focusing on attracting a huge range of player audience. The declining popularity of online poker and the long-time players at PokerStars unhappy with the direction in which the company is heading is all affecting the profitability.

The company feels all its players should feel rewarded, regardless of their preference and would also include chests that would change periodically to include surprise rewards like entries to some big tournaments. The idea is to give back to recreational player apart from the rewarding of players across all the platforms. The latest step in this direction is Stars Rewards system.
