Fabrice Casano turned out to be the strongest, taking home the trophy and €121,000.

Thirty players returned on the fourth and final day of the event, but only eight of them advanced to the final table. The following eight were the lucky ones who made it to the final table, including chipcounts:

Louis Barata couldn’t work his shortstack up and finished in eight for €14,400 just before Martin Raskop was knocked out in seventh for €19,350. Sonny Franco, chipleader at the start of the final table, coulnd’t win any hand. After being crippled when his ace-jack lost against ace-king, he got his last 10 big blinds in the middle with (!) and couldn’t beat Bijen’s .

Not long after Malouitre found his Waterloo, he finished in fifth for €34,780. Dutchee Bijen then ran ace-jack into ace-king, and despite making two pair, they were no good against the bigger two pair of Kuliberda.

Belgian Verest lost the crucial coinflip, when his pocket 4’s didn’t dodge the outs of Casano’s ace-king, he was finished in third for €58,200.

In heads-up play, Kuliberda was down to around 15 big blinds, and after twenty minutes they were in the middle and called by Casano. Kuliberda’s   was in bad shape against Casano’s  . The board ran out      and Casano scored the win.
