The Equity Poker Network is about to celebrate their very first birthday, but not everything is good for the US-friendly poker network as they announced today that they have cut their ties with one of their biggest partners on the network, 5Dimes.
Equity Poker Network said in a press release that they are enjoying a new phase of maturity, having a better understanding of its recreational player base and that this self-awareness has made the partnership between them and 5Dimes end, effective immediately.
When Equity Poker Network was launched, it was a key to their business to get established operators to join, to bring liquidity to the network right from the start. Now that the liquidity is there, they believe that it was time for 5Dimes to move on and both parties found a mutual agreement.
How much the newly cut ties with 5Dimes and their skins will mean for the traffic of Equity Poker Network is not safe to say, but there will definitely be a decrease in traffic.
"We are happy with where the Network is heading, and with the steady climb in player numbers. Our month-on-month increased guaranteed prize pools, quality promotions, and consistently fast and reliable cashouts are markers of EPN’s early success, and our growing reputation amongst players,” said an EPN Spokesperson.
“We bid farewell to 5Dimes on good terms, and we wish them continued growth for the future.” He added.
