Zuman has partnered up with the Bitcoin payments service provider BitPay, in order to be able to process their business partners’ employees’ salaries in Bitcoin, PaymentSource reports. This will allow the companies working with Zuman and BitPay to pay entire salaries or simply parts of it in Bitcoins, for those who prefer to receive funds in cryptocurrency.
“Human resources is frankly kind of broken, especially for the changing demographics of the workforce of tomorrow” CEO of Zuman, Doug Devlin said.
The Bitcoin salary service will be released for partners after Labor Day and will be a part of Zuman’s core products, meaning that customers and clients will not be paying extra for the service through Zuman. Zuman currently only charge their clients a monthly service fee, based on the amount of services they are using and the amount of users they have on these services.
Furthermore Zuman is also looking to update their online and mobile interfaces, ensuring that the design and user-friendliness is as good as it can get for their customers.
Accepting Bitcoins as payments can be a positive experience for employees, as it is received faster than usual as well as allows them to buy things cheaply online.
