Australian computerscientist Craig Wright waives of delivering definite proof to show he is the inventor of the Bitcoin. After years of speculations last Monday Wright admitted to different social media he is indeed the brains beheind the Bitcoin.

Wright substantiated that he is the person behind the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto by sharing a series of technical data on his own blog (which only shows an apology at this moment). However, experts were sceptical about the data.

The Australian indicated in his blog that he is too scared to continue delivering definite proof. However, he doesn’t state that he is in fact not Nakamoto. Wright just stated he doesn’t have the courage to come up with new proof. Wright in his blog: I believed that I could do this. I believed that I could put the years of anonymity and hiding behind me. But, as the events of this week unfolded and I prepared to publish the proof of access to the earliest keys, I broke. I do not have the courage. I cannot.”

The Bitcoin was founded in 2009, and ever since it was kept a secret who was behind the name Satoshi Nakamoto. Before Wright told the media it was him, a Japanese-American man was said to be the founder of the cryptocurrency.
