Digital Currency Fund TaaS Board Expands with Three New Advisors

TaaS is a new cryptocurrency closed end fund (CEF) that is dedicated to blockchain assets. It is going to hold its Initial Coin Offering on March 2017 and has expanded its board of advisors with three new names.

Entrepreneur Mike Costache is co-founder and Managing Partner of KrowdMentor, a strategic crowdfunding and startup consulting company. In his capacity as TaaS advisor, Mr Costache will be responsible for the venture capital and investment sectors and will also assist in fundraising and negotiations.

Virtual currency trading guru Marshall Swatt is the founder and major investor at ATS Inc. which is among the first companies to offer algorithmic cryptocurrency trading platforms. Mr Swatt has over 20 years of experience in the field and will serve as TaaS’ technology and trading advisor.

Legal expert Arnold Spencer manages a corporate criminal defense firm along with serving as a General Counsel at Coinsource, the bitcoin ATM network. He will be TaaS’ legal advisor.

TaaS has also concluded an agreement with Otonomos, a Singaporean legal services platform, to provide local legal assistance and aid communications with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
