VizExplorer, a major supplier of operational intelligence gaming solutions has concluded a license agreement with Sandia Resort & Casino in New Mexico.
The products which the casino will be using are floorViz™, campaignViz™, hostVizOps™ and techVizOps™. The first two solutions aim to support and improve Sandia’s marketing management operations, while the second two target player development and technical and dispatch service processes.
Sandia Resort & Casino offers patrons over 2,200 slots, 32 table games, a 15-table poker room, bingo and live keno.
According to Sandia’s General Manager Andrew Gentile, VizExplorer’s products will significantly enhance the efficiency and intelligence applied at the gaming complex. Mr Gentile also adds that VizExplorer’s enterprise solutions beat all competition.
In turn, Kyle Gryzanoski, VizExplorer VP of Sales, Western Region, comments that the dealconfirms his company is offering the right mix of optimization products.
VizExplorer will showcase its operational intelligence solutions for casinos at the 2017 Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention to take place April 10-13 at the San Diego Convention Center.
