Net Entertainment Increases Amount of Shares

The world’s leading casino game supplier Net Entertainment announced today that they have increased the number of shares that their company has. The increase comes as a result of a decision made in the Annual General Meeting 2011, where it was decided that those holding share options right also should be able to subscribe to an equal amount of b-shares.

This means that between August 1st and  October 1st 2014, these shareholders has been able to increase their b-class shares. Only some has chosen to do so, but that still marks a substantial increase in shares in Net Entertainment.

The subscriptions from the class a shareholders has amounted to 335,000 new b-class shares, which gives Net Entertainment a total amount of shares of 39,888,716. Of these, 5,610,000 are a-class shares and 34,278,716 are b-shares equal to 90,378,716 votes.
