Gold Mantis Accused of Failing to Comply with Commonwealth Casino Commission’s Regulations

Share

A petition has been filed to revoke Gold Mantis’ provisional license because of its failing to comply with regulations laid down by the Commonwealth Casino Commission.Gold Mantis is a non-gaming vendor and needs to obtain license approval by the commission. A one-year provisional license was granted to allow the subcontractor to do business in the CNMI.

This enabled Gold Mantis to transact business with Saipan casino investor Imperial Pacific International with a provision that the company submit its application for a full license within a period of three months.  These months have passed and the company has not as yet submitted an application for this regular license.

If this provisional license is revoked they will be subject to financial penalties. If Gold Mantis appeals the petition, it will then fall under the jurisdiction of the casino commissioners
