According to a report from the The Press of Atlantic City, two of's shareholders have pulled out at the last minute from being part of the New Jersey online poker offering with the Borgata Casino.

The corporation announced that Emerald Bay Limited and Stinson Ridge Limited, both owning about 7% of the company, belong to Ruth Parasol DeLeon and James Russell DeLeon respectively, who are currently going through divorce procedures.

New Jersey gaming laws require all companies and their shareholders applying for a license to submit also individual licensing applications, which the couple decided to not to do based on reasons of privacy due to their divorce proceedings. The couple has instead decided to give up their shares instead of going through the individual application process.
